Business Analyst


A Professional who analyzes the existing or ideal Function's business and design of systems, various business models and work on integrate them with Technology. Besides gathering business requirements, also contributes for integration and acceptance testing, supports the development of training and implementation material and participates in the implementation and post implementation support.

After Business Analysis (Requirement gathering) a BA's deliverable areas ranging from Business Requirements Definition (BRD), Functional Requirements Definition (FRD) - converting detailed business rules into System Requirements, chart Process Definitions and to Business case.

Role Of Business Analyst

The role of BA is key in software development life cycle, especially at the inception stage. Serve as mediator between Business and Technical stake holders. In a Product Development Cycle, play Product Specialist role.
